not just a nation or a continent
The world we live in is currently facing two crises. The first is the population explosion and just as the saying goes more the number of people, the more is the demand for all necessities. Energy is a necessity for people and at the current pace, the world can exhaust all its nonrenewable resources in the decades to come. The energy derived from thousands of years of fossilizing is coming to an end soon if we don’t put a cap to it.
This issue doesn’t just pertain to a handful number of nations but affects the entire world. It is not just the non-renewability factor that needs to be considered. The pace at which global warming is increasing is another cause for concern as it has drastic effects on climate and other environmental factors. The carbon dioxide and other harmful particles released during the consumption of these energy sources are quite alarming and add to global warming.
As mentioned above solar energy is green as it is eco-friendly and does not have a negative effect on climate and other factors. It is not just a nation or a continent that needs to take this initiative. If everyone across the globe starts turning to solar energy the reliance on fossil fuels can be reduced drastically and it will bring positive changes across the world like restoring the ozone layer and reversing climate change.
Though the initial cost of setting up solar panels and other devices may be a bit high, the difference can be made up in the long run and it can also become cost-effective. Such an initiative is not just beneficial for you but for the future generations to come as they will follow our examples and they can live a better life with no rapid climate change and pollution. Let’s join hands in making the world a better place to live not just for us but for our children and grandchildren as well.
The future of the earth is ours too and so let’s make that change.
