Foreseeing the demand for millions of homes in India, Salmon Leap searched for technologies to Manufacture and Install the houses as a finished product. hoMMission India is a Joint Venture between Salmon Leap and the technology holder EmOlJac, Australia. hoMMission has begun Designing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Installing and Finishing the houses in India. They hold a record in India by delivering a 5 storey building with 20 apartments in 33 days, including casting and installation.

The doors, windows and any provision for services (electrical, plumbing, etc ) can be cast into the outer concrete walls. Fully automated and hydraulically driven moulds with fine tolerances allow accurate, repetitious casting on a daily basis. These monolithic 3D modules can be simply arranged and stacked as rooms to produce a self-supporting building structure up to 10 storeys high. The system is ideal for any tedious building projects, all built to the highest environmental specifications.

The building system is a sophisticated modular precast building method providing a concrete structure finish which is accurate and of a high quality which dramatically reduces overall construction time and cost, and provides superior acoustic, thermal and fire rating properties.

The self-supporting system provides a safer work environment requiring no propping, brackets or expensive scaffolding. The technology provides architects and developers with endless design options. The modules are assembled on the site according to the plans and the rest of the structure is added – roofing, veranda, façade decoration, flooring, plumbing and finishing touches such as light fittings, final painting, tiles, carpet etc.
