Tesla has once again set the bar high for others as they have turned towards the solar energy business as they have claimed to set up solar roof panels in less than two days’ time.
Prior to these claims though their business was plummeting each quarter until a year back when Tesla co decided to revamp their energy business in a huge way providing better panels at lower prices which have boosted business since then.
Recently Tesla revealed that they had set up around 57MW in just the last quarter alone and these roof installs have had a major role in the increase in business for the last quarter. Through their quarterly report, they said their business had tripled in the last quarter due to the revamped mechanism of roof installs.
Now they have made to the top of the headlines again through their recent achievement of setting up solar rooftops in just 1.5 days’ time.
Even though the feat was impressive on its own, they have revealed that the installation timer was started only after removing the old roof tiles which of course went easy on the workload. However, to install it in such a short amount of time was indeed a victory for them.
They aim to keep up the good work and help boost the solar industry as renewable and clean energy has become the need of the hour.
The solar industry is still in its infancy all across the globe as the markets have just started to pick up in recent times. Pollution and other environmental hazards that have been taking place have had an adverse effect on the environment and quality of life of many living in and around various cities across the globe. It was the wake-up call that set the direction for clean and renewable energy sources such as solar across the world. It still faces a challenge as the efficiency and cost of purchase and installation have hindered the progress thereby preventing progress.
Customers look into the efficiency and cost factors through which they overrule solar power as its deemed costly.
Companies such as Tesla having understood the issues the industry faces have put the pedal to the medal trying to bring in better performance panels at lower prices which have turned many heads to the solar industry once again. This, in turn, has put the solar energy industry on the right path once more ensuring their growth and survivability in the market once more.
