It has been a year that Smartsustain has been reporting events and initiatives for a greener tomorrow in a unique way. In the ending months of the year 2019, we (Smartsustain) witnessed a few major events in the green realm or the realm of sustainability. These events highlight the stress that is being laid upon concepts like Sustainability in modern times.
INTERSOLAR INDIA ’19
Taking place annually at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, Intersolar India is India’s most Renewable-Energy oriented exhibition and conference for India’s solar centered industry with having a focus on the areas of photovoltaics, PV production, and solar thermal technologies. Starting in 2019, Intersolar India was held for the first time under the umbrella of The smarter E India from 27-29 November. During 15 high-level sessions and workshops, 150 prominent speakers are providing their crucial insights on all aspects of the Indian renewable energy market at the Intersolar India Conference.
WATER EXPO ’19
South Asia’s key event showcasing water & wastewater technologies, the Second Edition Water Today’s WATER EXPO – Bengaluru was held on 20th, 21th & 22nd November 2019 at Bengaluru International Exhibition Center (BIEC), Bengaluru. The event focused on how the emerging technologies are transforming the water & wastewater sector, and how to scale up the adoption of clean water solutions, including through collaboration and consolidation of both public/private sector efforts, and the pressing technological, regulatory, technical and financial challenges that need to be addressed in doing so. The event was promulgated very strategically at the right time when India Inc. is rising in the world market and is the next most promising market in the world.
Water Expo featured a wide range of products and services related to Reverse Osmosis, Reuse & Recycling, softening, filtration, demineralization, distillation, desalination, packaged drinking water, iron removal, biological treatment, sludge disposal, clarifiers, UV disinfection, ozonation, chlorination, tanks, pumps, motors, pipes & tubes, fittings & valves to name a few. The show made its mark as among a few among many to channelize innovative methods for water purification and brings stakeholders of the water trade industry at one stage for deliberations and healthy discussions.
SMART HOME EXPO ’19
Smart Home Expo has now become a one-stop platform for the entire Smart Home Industry. Attendance for the first edition of the Smart Home Expo was more than expected, which was held in May 2019 in Mumbai. Smart Home Expo was attended by 5000+ Trade visitors from all over India and neighboring countries. Smart Home Expo –Mumbai was a great success with the exhibition & conference at full capacity on both days. There is clearly a thirst for knowledge in the smart home industry and later were added more categories such as Smart AV solutions & Smart Building from the next edition. Smart Home Expo was attended by Architect, Interior Designers, Real Estate developers, Dealers, Distributors, & System Integrators.
2nd edition of Smart Home Expo took place on 14-15 December 2019 in Bangalore, India, Smart Home expo promised to be bigger and better than the first edition, with more Home automation brands/exhibitors, Visitors, Live Demos, Experience Zone, New Product Launches, Innovations & Technical seminars.
